Bates Engineers/Contractors, Inc. offers Design/Build services to clients throughout the southeast. We provide Turn-Key services from project conception through start-up for a broad range of industrial clients. Unlike our competitors, our design/build team is composed of firms who provide in-house engineering with staff engineers. This allows us to fast-track the project design and efficiently implement that design in the field. The owner benefits from reduced project duration as compared to traditional delivery methods. This unique engineering and management structure also allows the owner greater flexibility to adapt the project design to changing needs during the building process.

Conception through Start-Up
